The hotel offered modern amenities such as flat screen TV and Bluetooth speaker. It was situated in a quieter location of the town and was just a short walk away from the north entrance. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.
The hotel's location within the ancient town made it difficult to navigate through the crowds. the cost for excursions to local sights was quite expensive.

Great for exploring old town. Excellent service from staff who made us feel at home. the room was beautifully decorated with lovely amenities and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the local tea and quirky experiences offered. the location was convenient being near everything.
The breakfast selection could have been better and the food more on point. Not everything was communicated from the start, and some of the staff struggled with English, making things confusing at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were not only helpful but also responded quickly to our needs. The best aspects were the courteous and friendly staff who served breakfast each morning. They always went out of their way to be polite and provided excellent service. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is located away from the busy streets, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for a relaxing stay. It is conveniently situated right next to the wet market, making it convenient to explore and experience the local culture. the hotel is also near nature, allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views and take part in outdoor activities.
The noise insulation in the rooms could be improved.
